Join us at Grant's Garden Center to create the perfect fall wreath! We have been making wreaths of corn husks for multiple years now and are excited to share this with you. Unlike fresh evergreen wreaths we make in the winter, these wreaths will last many years. I made my first corn husk wreath eight years ago and I STILL hang it up every fall and it looks just like it did the first year!
We will provide everything you need to create your corn husk wreath. Included in the workshop price is the wreath ring, corn husks, ears of indian corn, and your drinks. Everything is included in the price of the workshop, there are no additional costs. We are using real dried corn husks. You can also bring your own embellishments (like the floral picks from Hobby Lobby) and bow. The wreath ring will be 12 inches wide, the same as our Christmas wreath size. We will teach you how to make the "hands" to fill in your wreath. The process is the same as evergreen wreaths if you have taken our Christmas wreath workshop.
Since we are not selling any food or drinks, you are welcome to bring your own. We will have free water, pop, and wine for you.
